Sempre detto che no nei capisco un cazzo e infatti come vedi chiedo... Anche per le cose basilari dato che non mi ci sono mai applicato e FC dato che qualcuno che ne sa più di me e che mi da una mano lo trovo sempre... :better:

puoi controllare se devi downgradare con adb dando due semplici comandi:

Allora sono riuscito a dare almeno un comando: adb devices e mi da l'htc attaccato all'USB...

ora da quel che ho capito devo fare il downgrade al mio che ha il 2.3.3 (non riesco a trovare la versione firmware).

i passaggi sotto son quelli che devo fare giusto?

Downgrading to 1.34.707.3

You will need ADB on the computer to proceed thru this process. Follow the Android SDK guide, to get the ADB shell on the computer.
Download fre3vo, misc_version 0.2 & the 1.34.707.3 firmware:

Unzip the fre3vo & misc_version packages to the same folder as adb (the /platform-tools folder within the Android SDK folder).
Make sure the filename of the firmware is PC10IMG.zip exactly or it will not work and copy it to the same folder as adb.
Connect the HTC Desire Z to the computer via USB.

On the computer, open terminal and run the following commands:

adb push fre3vo /data/local/tmp
adb push misc_version /data/local/tmp
adb shell
chmod 777 /data/local/tmp/fre3vo
chmod 777 /data/local/tmp/misc_version
/data/local/tmp/fre3vo -debug -start FAA90000 -end FFFFFFFF
adb shell

NOTE: You should have the "#" sign instead of the "$". If you do, you have temporary root, and can continue on. If you have the "$", then the exploit has failed, refer to xda developers, RootzWiki, or #G2Root for further assistance.

/data/local/tmp/misc_version -s 1.00.000.0
exit

Now that misc version has been downgraded, the HTC Desire Z is ready to have the firmware downgraded. On the computer, open terminal and run the following commands:

adb push PC10IMG.zip /sdcard/PC10IMG.zip
adb reboot bootloader

Use Volume up/down keys on the HTC Desire Z for navigation and Power key for confirmation. Select Bootloader to flash the 1.34.707.3 firmware.
Once finished you can can continue to the next section.

Allora.
I passi sono quelli, è abbastanza semplice. Basta che inserisci gli apk nella cartella "platform-tools" (more on this nella pagina precedente), ed copincolli i comandi uno per uno...
Se qualcosa va male fino al passo 7 (unlikely) non succede alcunchè. Alla fine il downgrade consiste nel far credere al dispositivo di avere una versione più bassa che puoi aggiornare mediante l'updater ufficiale a 1.34.707.3.
Il vero problema potrebbe nascere durante l'aggiornamento (passo 8 ), ma mentre ti dico questo lo smentisco* dato che si tratta di un'aggiornamento ufficiale HTC, ergo mantieni la batteria carica, preferibilmente collega l'adattatore AC e sicuramente succederà nulla.

Si, ma innanzitutto cambia directory che facendo così stai scomodo:

Ti troverai quindi nella cartella "/Users/Simone/Desktop/adb/platform-tools/" dove c'è l'eseguibile "adb".

Una volta scaricato l'android SDK da code.google.com, unzippalo sul desktop.
Dopodichè apri una finestra del terminale.

Sorry, sbagliato io.
Cambia directory con "cd" dopodichè anteponi "./" ad ogni "adb"

Serve per far eseguire il comando dalla posizione in cui ti trovi. Per togliere il problema completamente poi creare il .bash_profile così da un nuovo terminale:

salva, chiudi e da qualsiasi posizione dando:
adb -comando
